Education and Training

Allison Young graduated from Staley High School where she set numerous records in track and field. After graduating Staley, she received a full athletic scholarship to Troy University.

In 2017, she received her degree in sports marketing with a minor in leadership studies. Allison attended law school at UMKC, graduating and passing the Missouri Bar in 2020.

Career

While in law school, Allison Young spent a year and a half interning with the Missouri Public Defender’s office, specializing in violent crime and juvenile law. It was there that she developed a love for both the courtroom and the art of trial work.

After her internship with the Public Defender’s office, she received another internship with the Honorable Bryan Round. While there, Allison developed meaningful relationships with judges and prosecutors in the Kansas City metro area.

While Ali Young prides herself as a trial attorney, some of her biggest accomplishments have come from extremely favorable plea agreements all over the state of Missouri.

Personal

Ali Young currently resides in Clay County with her husband and their two German Shepherds.
